Absolutely! G-Anime is proudly bilingual. You will find panels and activities in both languages. For our flagship events, such as the famous Masquerade, a translation service is provided so that no one misses a single moment of the show

Yes! G-Anime is an adventure for the whole family. Admission is free for children aged 12 and under (when accompanied by an adult)

. Please note: Certain mature activities (18+) take place late in the evening. These are clearly marked on the schedule, and our security team keeps a close watch at the door to verify the age of participants entering these activities or rooms.

Yes, G-Anime strives to be inclusive for everyone. Your faithful service companion is welcome, provided they are wearing their official service harness, have been trained by a recognized authority (e.g., Mira, Psy Chien), and that you have their identification/certification card with you at all times.

Absolutely! G-Anime is committed to being accessible to all its fans. If you are a CAL or Access 2 cardholder, your companion can receive free admission equivalent to your own.

Here is the procedure to follow to obtain your code: Send us an email at finance@ganime.ca with the following information so that our team can validate your request:

Email Subject: Companion Accommodation Request - YOUR NAME

Proof of purchase: The receipt for your own ticket (photo, screenshot, or a copy of the electronic ticket).

Your information: Full name of the cardholder, billing address, and email address. 

Proof of eligibility: A clear photo of the front and back of your CAL or Access 2 card.

Once the verification is complete, we will send you a 100% discount code. This code will allow you to obtain a free badge for your companion, identical to the one you purchased (for example, if you have a Saturday badge, your companion will also receive a Saturday badge).

As with any large event, tickets are final sale and non-refundable. In the event of an exceptional situation, you may attempt to contact our finance department at finance@ganime.ca, but please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed.

Several options are available to you in Gatineau:

Maison du Citoyen: Free on Fridays after 5:00 PM, as well as all day Saturday and Sunday. The entrance on Hôtel-de-Ville Street is discreet, so keep an eye out just after the turn from Laurier Street!

Palais des congrès: $14/day or $5/hour. Direct access via Courcelette Street.

Place du Centre: Rates are similar to the Palais. The advantage? It is covered parking—perfect for avoiding having to clear snow off your vehicle after a long day at the convention!
